About the role

SixValues is seeking an Account Manager to join its Cyprus team. You will be the primary point of contact for high‑value VIP players, ensuring they receive personalized service and memorable experiences that keep them engaged and loyal.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Design and deliver tailored offers and premium experiences to meet player expectations.
• Communicate with players via phone, chat, or email, providing prompt and professional support.
• Monitor player activity, anticipate needs, and implement proactive retention strategies.
• Develop and manage VIP loyalty programmes to increase player lifespan.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the overall VIP experience.
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in the iGaming or gaming industry, with a solid understanding of VIP player expectations.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset focused on delivering exceptional service.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret player data and identify trends.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and diplomatic handling of issues.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple accounts.
