Account Manager - English Speaker

About the role

As an Account Manager – English Speaker you will work remotely full‑time, managing and developing client relationships for a regulated Forex/CFD broker. You will guide clients through their trading journey, answer inquiries, and ensure a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and explain account features.
• Monitor client satisfaction and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with sales, compliance, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell.
• Share market and product updates with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Support clients in using trading platforms and tools.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Understanding of Forex/CFD trading concepts or strong motivation to learn.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and prioritize multiple requests.
• Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams.
• Prior experience in brokerage or financial services is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business, finance, economics or related field is beneficial.
