Teaching Assistant – Early Years (0‑3)

About the role

We are seeking full‑time Teaching Assistants for children aged 0‑3 to join our growing team at PASCAL Nursery and Kindergarten, Lemesos Hills. You will work under the supervision of the Early Years Practitioner and/or Kindergarten Teacher, supporting the care, wellbeing and development of young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the safety and supervision of children at all times.
• Support the development of warm, positive relationships to promote secure attachments.
• Provide high‑quality care that meets each child’s individual needs.
• Help with personal care routines such as toileting, nappy changing, hand‑washing and mealtimes.
• Establish consistent routines that encourage healthy habits, independence and self‑help skills.
• Prepare and maintain the classroom environment, set up activities and tidy resources.
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including preparing resources when needed.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection.
• Promote the school positively within the wider community.
• Undertake additional duties assigned by school management.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English and fluency in Greek are essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience working with children aged 0‑3 is an advantage.
