Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of recruitment across our Group and help us find the people who will support the next stage of our growth. This is a hands‑on role where you will own recruitment end‑to‑end, working directly with hiring managers and leadership to shape roles, hiring strategies and manage the process through to offer and hire.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to sourcing, interviewing, offers and closing.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Build strong relationships across a distributed, international organisation.
• Influence and continuously improve recruitment processes, including automation and technology adoption.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house and technology‑focused.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting in the Cypriot market.
• Comfortable owning recruitment end‑to‑end and challenging hiring briefs when needed.
• Experience in fast‑growing start‑up or scale‑up environments.
• Proactive, resilient and able to work independently.
