Employer Branding Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Employer Brand Activation (EVP): Support the global rollout of our EVP, ensuring our values are consistently experienced across employee and candidate journeys.
• Design and scale our Employee Advocacy program, empowering staff to become authentic storytellers and brand ambassadors.
• Content engagement & Storytelling: Produce compelling content that showcases personal and professional journeys, growth, achievements, and the unique ‘Life at XM’ experience.
• Events & Brand Experience: Drive end‑to‑end employer branding initiatives for global career fairs and university events, delivering an engaging XM brand experience.
• Digital Presence and Channels Management: Manage, monitor and optimise XM’s presence across key employer branding platforms and the Careers site, ensuring a best‑in‑class digital candidate experience.
• Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Turn engagement metrics and feedback into tangible solutions that drive measurable ROI and evolve the XM employer brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or a related field, preferably within a large‑scale, multinational organization.
• Proven experience developing and evolving employer branding strategies aligned with global best practices.
• Experience working with employer branding tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
• Strong project‑management skills, delivering large‑scale branding initiatives across multiple locations and diverse talent markets.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse trends, measure impact, and optimise strategies.
• Natural storyteller with strong content creation, social media, and digital marketing abilities.
• Creative thinker passionate about branding, engagement, and talent attraction.
