Strategic Transactions Manager

About the role

The Strategic Transactions Manager works closely with the CEO to structure, coordinate and execute the Group’s strategic corporate and real‑estate transactions, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on structuring and executing strategic corporate and real‑estate transactions.
• Develop, evaluate and refine transaction structures to achieve the best commercial outcome.
• Challenge and refine commercial terms, identifying risks, opportunities and alternative approaches.
• Coordinate Legal, Finance, Investment, Development and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Prepare transaction summaries, approval papers and commercial analyses to support executive decision‑making.
• Monitor transaction progress, key milestones and approvals through to completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in transactions, corporate finance, M&A, investment, real‑estate or transaction advisory.
• Proven experience in structuring and executing complex corporate and/or real‑estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements, transaction documentation and corporate structures.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working closely with senior executives.
