Spa Host & Nail Artist – Luxury Guest Experience

About the role

The Spa Host delivers a personalized, luxury guest experience in line with Forbes Travel Guide standards, combining front‑desk duties with professional nail services. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless service and anticipating their needs throughout their spa journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, act as Spa Ambassador and uphold brand grooming standards.
• Manage bookings, guest profiles, answer calls and promote spa services and retail products.
• Perform cashier duties, billing, and maintain daily revenue spreadsheets.
• Assist VIP Hosts, update VIP services, and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
• Monitor and replenish reception supplies, maintain cleanliness and aesthetic standards of the reception area.
• Perform manicure and pedicure services, keep workstation hygienic and recommend treatments.
• Update bulletin boards, magazines and ensure all promotional materials are current.
• Report maintenance faults, accidents, and safety issues to the appropriate departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in spa reception or beauty industry (preferred).
• High school diploma; hospitality training or relevant spa/beauty qualifications are a plus.
• Nail certification preferred; First Aid/CPR certification advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Greek with strong business writing skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight, weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using POS systems and spa operation software.
• Knowledge of spa products and services.
