Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

bbf, a leading property and construction company operating in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its team in Limassol and seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day on‑site operations, ensuring projects meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Supervise and guide Site Engineers and Foremen, coordinating their activities.
• Plan and schedule construction activities and oversee building works.
• Order site materials, monitor deliveries and maintain material schedules.
• Control labor costs and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Maintain site diary, timesheets and quality assurance documentation.
• Provide technical advice, solve on‑site problems and ensure health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Construction Management is a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of construction experience with strong project management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MS Project.
