Retail Grocery Assistant

About the role

Join Wolt Market’s growing grocery team in Larnaca as a Retail Grocery Assistant. You’ll help customers receive their orders quickly and keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders through the Merchant app and prepare them for pickup or delivery.
• Pick, pack and hand over groceries to customers and courier partners.
• Unload deliveries from vendors and ensure stock is stored correctly.
• Maintain accurate internal records on nutrients and allergens.
• Keep the store clean, organized and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Proactive, fast learner with the ability to multitask.
• Flexible to work morning, evening, weekend and public‑holiday shifts.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Greek is a plus.
• Legal right to work in Cyprus.

Required skills

• Use of a mobile ordering app.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, allergens and nutrition information.
