Resort Marketing Manager

About the role

The Resort Marketing Manager acts as the account manager and project owner for multiple business units within the resort, including hotel, food & beverage, entertainment, MICE and other operations. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role leads the Marketing Executives team and ensures seamless collaboration between business units and the marketing division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated, cross‑channel marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and deliver measurable business results.
• Manage and develop the Marketing Executives team, prioritising workload, overseeing campaign execution and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create clear campaign briefs that convey objectives, target audiences, key messages, deliverables, timelines and brand requirements.
• Write, review and refine audience‑centric content for digital, social, website, email and advertising channels.
• Develop and optimise social media and content strategies to maximise reach, engagement and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with internal units, agencies and vendors to plan, execute and launch campaigns on schedule.
• Maintain and strengthen the brand strategy and market positioning of City of Dreams Mediterranean.
• Oversee the development and approval of marketing creative, ensuring quality and consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing teams in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent project‑management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Creative storytelling talent and a keen eye for brand consistency.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and external partners.
