Quantity Surveyor

About the role

bbf is a leading and fast‑growing property market company operating in Cyprus and Greece. The company is expanding its internal staff and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Limassol.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse BOQs from external consultants, providing correction tables and cost guidance.
• Gather required documentation (drawings, specifications) from the Design Department and unit rate tables from Procurement.
• Review project drawings and specifications and coordinate with Design to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor cost control activities, including progress payments, change orders, and final accounts preparation.
• Perform re‑measurements of BOQs when required to ensure accuracy with project changes.
• Implement company tender templates, measurement standards, and pricing preambles.
• Maintain organized records of all cost documentation for audits and reference.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and practices.
• Fluent in English and Greek (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• AutoCAD.
• iTOW CostX (advantage).
