Project Manager – KEAN Development

About the role

bbf is expanding its internal team and seeks a Project Manager for the KEAN Project, a flagship mixed‑use seafront development in Limassol. The role will lead the project from inception through commissioning, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage the project from ground‑up to commissioning.
• Monitor budget, timeline and quality parameters.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and stakeholders to define specifications.
• Review technical drawings and specifications.
• Oversee project administration, correspondence and information flow.
• Attend progress and technical meetings and conduct site inspections.
• Prepare cost estimations and analyses.
• Control overall quality, schedule and personnel performance and report status.
• Manage delivery, commissioning and on‑site construction operations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC policies and health & safety legislation.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials and Cyprus contracts.
• Fluency in Greek and English; Russian is a plus.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team.
