Pricing and Contracting Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Pricing and Contracting Assistant to support data‑driven decision‑making within our Revenue team. Based at our Head Office in Engomi, Nicosia, you will work closely with hotel managers to collect, analyse and report on sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse sales figures from multiple sources (PMS, RMS tools, Excel reports, etc.).
• Maintain monthly Excel dashboards showing client performance per hotel.
• Analyse Average Daily Rates (ADR) by period, meal plan and room type.
• Contribute to the yearly pricing strategy for each market and hotel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in revenue‑management data analysis is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities with great attention to detail.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• EU nationality or a valid EU work permit.
