MEP Coordinator – Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our development team in Limassol. The role involves overseeing the design and construction phases of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for our property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and optimise architectural and MEP drawings for design compliance and constructability.
• Audit external consultants’ drawings to ensure alignment with authority regulations and company standards.
• Develop design guidelines and propose alternative solutions where needed.
• Prepare detailed mechanical and electrical construction documents.
• Provide design and quality‑control support to construction management teams and liaise with external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP coordination or a similar role.
• Fluent oral and written English and Greek.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Required skills

• AutoCAD 2D.
• Microsoft Office suite.
