Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

TradingView, the world's largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users, is growing its team and is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist in Limassol. The role keeps marketing content, project information and documentation accurate and well organized, and works closely with Sales, Growth, Product and Design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Keep marketing content and project information accurate and well organized.
• Manage content across the TradingView CMS, admin panels and related web properties.
• Review and maintain product documentation, feature descriptions and promotional assets.
• Maintain project trackers and release timelines to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, Product and Design teams to keep information up to date.
• Prepare clear, visually engaging reports and project updates based on stakeholder input.
• Own the knowledge base, including presentations, workflows and internal documentation.
• Improve team operations by optimizing processes and proposing workflow automations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Coordination or a similar role.
• Experience with SaaS and platform products, preferably in financial technology.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Google Workspace for structuring information and creating reports.
• Content collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of promotional assets across product launches and the marketing lifecycle.
• Acquaintance with email, web content and social media channels.
• A TradingView user and familiarity with co-marketing initiatives and retail trading and investing are a plus.
