Head of Product Marketing

About the role

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing property companies in Cyprus and Greece, offering property sales, rentals, management, construction and related services. It is enlarging its internal staff and is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to join the team and support the promotion of its major real estate developments in Limassol.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product marketing process across all project lifecycle stages for assigned projects
• Deliver strategic portfolio planning, a yearly marketing plan and a consolidated budget across all developments
• Create and maintain the project playbook, including marketing plan, briefs, collateral and launch checklist
• Act as senior marketing business partner to sales leadership, aligning on portfolio priorities and campaign plans
• Work with the Head of Media and the Head of Brand & PR to align calendars, campaigns and brand representation
• Hire, onboard and coach Product Marketing team members, run performance reviews and set clear objectives
• Assign project portfolios, balance workloads, prioritize resources and build a collaborative, respectful team culture

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage
• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team
• Proven record of launching and selling out property or comparable high-value projects
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong presentation skills; Greek or Russian is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong creative judgement combined with commercial thinking and budget discipline
• Experience setting up processes, playbooks and agency rosters
