Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑informed Marketing Automation Specialist to lead our customer retention engine. You will own the mapping of user lifecycles, reduce churn, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value across our client base, designing automated flows and engaging portal features that keep users active throughout their financial journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise multi‑channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in‑app, SMS) covering onboarding, active usage, re‑activation and cross‑selling.
• Identify churn risk signals from activity and transaction data and launch hyper‑targeted win‑back campaigns.
• Collaborate with tech teams to embed retention‑focused features within the user dashboard.
• Perform cohort analysis, segment users by behaviour, portfolio size and risk profile, and track metrics such as Retention Rate, Churn Rate, LTV and Campaign ROI.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, timing and promotional triggers to improve open, click‑through and conversion rates while ensuring compliance with financial marketing regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Trading or iGaming.
• Proven track record of boosting retention rates, increasing LTV and reducing churn.
• Strong analytical ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Commercial mindset with measurable impact on revenue‑related metrics.
• Understanding of financial products and customer behaviours related to trading, investing, lending or digital banking.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern CRM and messaging platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io or Clevertap.
• Proficiency in cohort segmentation and performance analytics.
• Knowledge of financial marketing compliance and data protection standards.
