Key Accounts Field Representative

About the role

Foody, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Key Accounts Field Representative in Larnaca. The role develops long-term relationships with key partners and helps them grow their business using Foody's services, features and campaigns. It suits someone passionate about sales with a client service mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Foody's partners
• Understand partners' needs and prepare customised solutions
• Negotiate with key partners and sell services to meet their long-term goals
• Act as the main contact between partners and internal teams
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product and operations to meet partner needs
• Compile and monitor reports on account progress, goals and forecasts

Required profile

• Previous experience in Account Management and Field Sales
• Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
• Organised, resilient and agile with a learning mentality
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales or a related field, understanding of marketing fundamentals, CRM experience
