Sales Advisor - Limassol

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor for its store in Limassol. The role is central to creating an outstanding customer experience: welcoming customers, guiding them through the store and helping them find what they need while showcasing the products. It sits within the Store Team, working alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers and Visual Merchandisers, and connects with the wider Area Team.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge so customers can make informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organised and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or similar fields is considered an advantage.
• A passion for helping customers and an interest in fashion or retail; training is provided.
• Thrives in collaborative and dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative and curious about store technology, eager to learn and develop.
• Flexible and action-oriented.
