Junior Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

About the role

bbf is expanding its internal team and seeks a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the Construction Department in Limassol. The role involves supporting the measurement, pricing and allocation of construction work while collaborating with architects, subcontractors and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Measurement of quantities in accordance with standard methods of measurement.
• Preparation of re‑measurements of contract works from architect/structural drawings (AutoCAD).
• Site visits for actual measurements when required.
• Recording and pricing changes and variations to the original scope of works.
• Allocating work to subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Native Greek speaker and fluent in English.
• Knowledge of construction procedures and project‑management principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated organisational skills.
