Junior Lawyer

About the role

We are a leading law firm in Limassol, Cyprus, specializing in corporate and commercial matters. The Junior Lawyer will support the team across a range of legal areas and gain exposure to high‑profile international transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle matters across corporate, commercial, property and employment law.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Assist in mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and cross‑border transactions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, advice and reports.
• Advise clients on compliance, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file documents with registries and authorities.
• Liaise with clients, regulators and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Law degree from a reputable university.
• Licence from the Cyprus Bar Association.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
