Junior Civil Engineer

About the role

bbf is expanding its team in Limassol and seeks a Junior Civil Engineer to support its real‑estate and construction activities. The role involves coordinating project information, assisting sales agreements, and monitoring construction milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide necessary information for sales agreements preparation.
• Upload, check and update project data such as area lists, drawings, specifications and 3D models.
• Oversee each project’s progress and update milestone dates, including construction and delivery, on a monthly basis.
• Perform final checks of separated title deeds.
• Prepare share allocations for each project.
• Manage tendering, evaluation and nomination of consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in tendering or purchasing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable reporting skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Procore or SAP software (advantage).
