IT Support Technician – Nicosia

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join a well‑established Cyprus‑based software company in Nicosia. This full‑time position is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience who enjoy troubleshooting, assisting end users, and maintaining secure and reliable IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support workstations, notebooks, and related hardware.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical assistance for Windows platforms.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 services.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Offer clear, patient guidance to end users.
• Contribute to the security and privacy of client networks and systems.

Required profile

• University or college degree in IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
• Professional IT Technician certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
• 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication in Greek and English.
