IT Help Desk Technician – Nicosia

About the role

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to provide on‑site technical support for a major client in Nicosia. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software and network issues, ensuring smooth daily operations for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and repair IT hardware such as desktops, printers and scanners.
• Set up and maintain wireless network connections and other peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing system updates and Windows installations.
• Resolve issues with Microsoft Office applications and manage Active Directory and email account problems.
• Install and update antivirus software, drivers and browsers.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to suppliers when necessary.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment.
