Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

Are you a customer‑focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into business? We are looking for an Inside Sales professional to join the Cyprus team of a leading technology distributor, part of a large international group. You will work closely with the Sales Leader and Account Manager, contributing to daily sales operations and expanding the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Communicating with existing and former clients by phone
• Driving phone sales, upselling and identifying new opportunities
• Following up with customers and leads
• Managing orders and coordinating the order process
• Handling invoicing and related sales administration
• Working with Excel, CRM systems and reporting
• Supporting the Sales & Account Management teams
• Taking ownership of ad‑hoc / SOS requests when needed

Required profile

• 1+ year of professional experience
• Previous experience in customer‑facing / phone‑based communication
• Experience in Inside Sales or Sales Support is a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong commercial mindset and customer‑oriented approach
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience in a growing company with understanding of scaling teams and business
