HR Operations Lead

About the role

Tickmill is seeking an HR Operations Lead to build and scale the HR operations function across the Group. The role will own HR operations for the Cyprus office while coordinating service delivery, benefits, HRIS data and compliance internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Establish service delivery standards, ownership and escalation paths, and own HR operations for the Cyprus office.
• Manage the full paperwork lifecycle for employees, contractors and other engagement models, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Administer benefits programs, track spend, and support a unified Group‑wide benefits approach.
• Maintain high‑quality employee data in the HRIS, develop operational metrics and dashboards, and drive process improvement through automation.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits and Finance on payroll inputs, exceptions and special HR projects.

Required profile

• 6+ years progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS or People Operations, preferably in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of Cypriot labour law and experience with HR compliance, audits and data security.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive process design and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• HRIS management and data integrity.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office reporting.
• Data analysis, dashboard creation and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Process automation and familiarity with AI‑enabled HR tools.
