Head of Business Accounts

About the role

Colibrix One builds AI-powered payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs and neobanks across the EU and UK, and is looking for a Head of Business Accounts. The role organises, manages and coordinates the department so that customer service is high quality, communication with clients is effective and the company's services are available, while ensuring customer service processes meet the company's standards and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the corporate client department, covering sales, onboarding, account management and client success
• Own the department's revenue, client acquisition and retention targets
• Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for corporate payment and account solutions
• Grow the client portfolio: attract new corporate clients and deepen relationships with existing ones
• Own the sales pipeline, from lead generation to onboarding, including forecasting and reporting to management
• Work with Product, Compliance and Operations to shape new services, pricing and solutions
• Define and improve client processes, from first contact to onboarding and ongoing relationship management
• Analyse commercial and client metrics (revenue per client, conversion, churn, satisfaction) and report to management
• Ensure high-quality service for key clients, including escalated inquiries and complaints
• Build, coach and motivate a high-performing team

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business development and active sales of financial services
• At least 2-3 years of people management experience
• Excellent command of English; other languages are an advantage
• Ability to analyse data and make well-founded decisions
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on results and customer needs

• Proficiency with customer service systems (CRM) and office software
