Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to join our fast‑growing property‑management team in Ayia Napa. You will be the main point of contact for guests and property owners, ensuring every stay is smooth, memorable and exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to guests before, during and after their stay via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Handle booking enquiries, operational requests and coordinate check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve maintenance issues and other property‑related matters promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with guests and property owners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take ownership of tasks independently.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Friendly, professional and confident communicator.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently while being a supportive team player.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Required skills

What we offer

• Seasonal contract until the end of December with a net salary of €1,200 per month.
• 5‑day work week with rotating office (09:00‑17:00) and remote (15:00‑23:00) shifts.
