German‑Speaking Recruitment Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic German‑speaking Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our team in Limassol/Paphos, Cyprus. You will act as a bridge between senior consulting professionals and our client base, driving candidate placements and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior consulting professionals (Directors, Partners, Senior Managers) across target markets.
• Pitch candidates and opportunities to clients in a professional, structured manner.
• Manage high‑volume outbound and inbound communication in German, both written and spoken.
• Use provided leads, AI tools and recruitment platforms to optimise sourcing and conversion.
• Represent the company at events and client‑facing interactions when required.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and drive deal closure within a performance‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German (minimum C1/C2 level).
• Strong commercial mindset with interest in sales, recruitment or consulting.
• High resilience and ability to work in a target‑driven setting.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (C‑level exposure).
• Motivation for long‑term, performance‑based earnings growth.
