About the role
City Unity College is looking for an experienced professional to join its Hospitality Department as a Food & Beverage Professor. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching in Food & Beverage Management and shaping the academic direction of the programme to stay aligned with industry trends.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Food & Beverage Management and related courses to undergraduate and graduate students.
- Develop and regularly update curriculum in line with current industry standards.
- Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development.
- Engage with hospitality industry partners to create internship and project opportunities for students.
- Contribute to departmental and institutional initiatives, including research and community outreach.
Required profile
- PhD candidate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 15 years of professional experience in the Food & Beverage sector, either academic or industry.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.

What we offer
- Salary: €3,500 gross per month.
