Executive Personal Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Puffy, a nine‑figure D2C mattress brand, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to manage the CEO’s personal operations. Working remotely, you will own end‑to‑end experience curation, provider network development, research, and proactive calendar management, allowing the CEO to focus on scaling the business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a vetted network of elite lifestyle, wellness, automotive, and home‑service providers.
• Research, compare, and shortlist products and services using AI‑driven methods.
• Secure high‑value reservations, exclusive event access, and personalized experiences.
• Strategically manage the CEO’s personal calendar, anticipating needs before they are voiced.
• Own tasks from inception to completion, troubleshooting independently.
• Develop and document standards for outcomes and provider selection.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional judgment and ability to anticipate needs.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
• Comfort operating autonomously with minimal oversight.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
