Digital Transformation Lead – Technology Consulting

About the role

The Digital Transformation Lead will drive strategic digital initiatives that enhance business performance, customer experience and operational efficiency for a leading accounting and auditing firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assess current processes, operating models and technology to identify digitisation and automation opportunities.
• Define roadmaps, business cases, milestones and implementation plans for transformation programmes.
• Lead end‑to‑end programmes from design through adoption and benefits realisation.
• Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, data analytics, cloud, automation, APIs and digital platforms.
• Establish governance, risk management and change management frameworks and monitor KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting or programme management.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation programmes and developing roadmaps.
• Experience working with senior executives, technology teams and external partners.
