Digital Marketing & Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Account Executive to join the avocadots team in Nicosia. The role blends client relationship management with hands‑on digital marketing, allowing you to turn brand ideas into actionable campaigns while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, understanding their goals and upcoming needs.
• Coordinate communication, feedback, approvals and next steps between clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to digital marketing strategies, campaign ideas and monthly content planning.
• Research content trends and opportunities relevant to each client.
• Develop or review digital copy in Greek and English.
• Prepare clear creative briefs for designers, videographers and multimedia specialists.
• Collaborate with the PPC team to align campaigns, messaging and creative assets.
• Review work to ensure alignment with strategy and client objectives.
• Proactively suggest ideas to strengthen and grow client accounts.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, account management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of main social and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of work.
• Team‑player who enjoys collaborating with designers, videographers and specialists.
