Construction Manager – Limassol

About the role

bbf is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead multiple construction projects in Limassol. The role involves overseeing schedules, budgets, resources and ensuring high‑quality delivery across sites.

Key responsibilities

• Set and monitor construction schedules to keep projects on track.
• Manage several projects simultaneously, ensuring proper utilization of resources.
• Prepare manpower and plant requirements and take corrective actions with Site Managers.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment and subcontractors across construction sites.
• Maintain information flow on construction issues between projects.
• Ensure projects are executed within budget and maintain a cost database.
• Handle on‑site working relationships and provide technical supervision.
• Solve technical issues and assist with recovery schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in complex, fast‑track construction projects.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and manage resources efficiently.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
