Head of Partnerships & Operations

About the role

The Head of Partnerships & Operations will lead day‑to‑day activities of the SiGMA Foundation while driving new corporate partnerships, sponsorships and fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the role combines operational management, international project coordination and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and secure corporate partnerships and sponsorships for Foundation projects and initiatives.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the SiGMA Foundation, coordinating humanitarian and community projects across multiple countries.
• Plan and coordinate international expeditions, treks and fundraising events, handling travel, accommodation and logistics for participants.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, partners, suppliers and community leaders, representing the Foundation at events and meetings.
• Monitor partnership pipelines, fundraising activity and project deliverables, providing regular updates to the Chief Philanthropy Officer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, operations or project management.
• Strong commercial mindset with confidence to pitch, negotiate and develop partnerships.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities, able to handle multiple international projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects and opportunities.
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad.

Required skills

• Relationship‑building and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and logistics for international initiatives.
