Bellman – Guest Services at Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Bellman delivers a positive and quality customer service experience to all guests and visitors of the hotel. Responsibilities include greeting guests with a smile, handling luggage, parcels and messages, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while maintaining professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests as they enter and exit the hotel.
• Assist with guest luggage, open/close doors, valet parking, and escort guests to rooms when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including guest name, room number, and timestamps.
• Handle bell carts, hand trolleys and master keys with care, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Answer guest queries, resolve complaints, and promote hotel facilities such as gaming, spa, food & beverage, and entertainment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar guest‑service role (advantage).
• High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Professional written communication abilities.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
