AI Security Engineer – Infrastructure & AI Platforms

About the role

Eurobank Limited is seeking an AI Security Engineer to protect its AI‑driven services across infrastructure, cloud and enterprise platforms. You will work within the Technology & Digital team to embed security, privacy and compliance into AI solutions such as large language models, AI gateways and retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls for AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry and Amazon Bedrock.
• Operate an enterprise AI security solution, ensuring continuous monitoring, lifecycle management and improvement of security capabilities.
• Provide security expertise during the design of resilient AI architectures, integrating identity, access control, data protection and threat‑modeling from the earliest stages.
• Assess, strengthen and maintain AI guardrails such as input/output filtering, prompt‑injection and jailbreak defenses, DLP, authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data isolation and AI abuse prevention.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Engineer, AI/ML Security Engineer or similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of current cyber‑security, AI and cloud technologies, including secure‑by‑design and Responsible AI principles.
