Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our fast‑growing payments team. You will be the main point of contact for merchants, guiding them through onboarding, daily operations and growth opportunities while ensuring a seamless experience with our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the merchant onboarding process, coordinating communication between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with merchants, handling operational queries and acting as their primary contact.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations and Development teams to resolve issues and support client requests.
• Monitor payment performance, transaction volumes and operational metrics, escalating concerns as needed.
• Coordinate settlements with Finance Operations and address settlement‑related questions.
• Manage technical support tickets, ensuring timely updates to merchants and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and portfolio updates to merchants and management.
• Inform merchants about new payment methods, service updates, pricing changes and additional company products.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in account management or customer support, preferably within card acquiring, payments, financial services or banking.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities with a focus on detail.
• Proven capability to build and maintain client relationships independently.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
