Video Content Creator for Live Events

About the role

SiGMA Group is seeking a versatile Video Content Creator who can capture, edit, and tell compelling stories from fast‑paced live events. You will work on‑site at global conferences, award ceremonies, and after‑hours activations, delivering premium‑grade video content in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot dynamic footage in two styles: steady coverage for keynote speakers and kinetic, handheld coverage for parties and award shows.
• Capture interviews and soundbites, managing wireless audio and 32‑bit float recording to ensure clean sound in noisy environments.
• Produce fast‑turnaround edits, including 30‑90 second teasers within 90 minutes, 60‑second keynote clips within 2 hours, and daily recap montages ready by 8 AM.
• Create social‑first videos optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, using match‑cuts, speed‑ramping and dynamic transitions.
• Apply consistent brand colour grading across varied lighting conditions while preserving natural skin tones.
• Clean and enhance audio with AI‑powered or manual tools to broadcast quality.

Required profile

• Strong visual storytelling ability with a keen editorial eye.
• Comfort working under tight deadlines in live‑event settings.
• Technical confidence with on‑site video and audio equipment.
• Ability to switch between professional networking environments and high‑energy party atmospheres.
