UI/UX Designer – Marketing Focus

About the role

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, engaging digital experiences for our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with design, marketing and development teams to deliver responsive websites, landing pages and platform interfaces that align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑friendly, visually compelling websites, landing pages and digital platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI mock‑ups.
• Ensure designs are responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and existing design systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design specifications.
• Prepare clear assets for development hand‑over and conduct quality checks on implemented designs.
• Identify usability issues and propose practical improvements.
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong visual design sensibility with attention to typography, colour, spacing and hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping and design systems.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design and user‑centred design.
• Ability to create wireframes, user journeys and interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of web development fundamentals and the design‑to‑development hand‑off process.
