Visual Designer – International Fintech Brand

About the role

We are seeking a Visual Designer to join our international team working on a global fintech and online trading brand. You will create bold visual concepts that appear across markets, platforms and campaigns, taking ideas from initial concept through to full‑scale execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual concepts for international marketing campaigns.
• Design key visuals, digital banners, social media assets, landing pages, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Shape and evolve the brand’s visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
• Adapt creative concepts for different markets, formats and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, creative, motion, video and 3D design teams.
• Contribute to brand systems, guidelines and reusable templates while maintaining high visual standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Brand Designer, Graphic Designer or Art Director.
• Strong commercial portfolio demonstrating branding, advertising campaigns and digital design.
• Ability to develop visual concepts from scratch and apply them across multiple formats.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, colour and contemporary visual trends.
• Experience working with international brands or within a creative agency.
• Proficient English for an international work environment.
