Technical Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Manager to drive the evolution and modernization of our core FinTech platforms. The role focuses on strengthening architecture, addressing legacy monolithic systems, and ensuring scalability, security, and integration across our ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain technical architecture vision for client area, CRM, websites, trading platforms and internal services.
• Lead modernization of legacy systems, transitioning from monolithic to modular or service‑based architectures.
• Design API architecture standards and improve integration between internal and external services.
• Introduce Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture for secure authentication and authorization.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security and DevOps teams to align decisions with best practices.
• Identify technical debt, propose modernization initiatives and provide architectural guidance to squads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of software development and system architecture experience.
• 7+ years hands‑on with .NET technologies.
• 2+ years experience in a technical manager or architectural role.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and large‑scale distributed systems.
