Technology Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Operations Manager to support the effective operation, governance, coordination, and continuous improvement of our wider Technology organisation. The role works across Technology functions providing central operational support and ensuring key processes, reporting, documentation, team activities, and management actions are consistently coordinated.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve operational governance, standards, templates, and processes across the Technology organisation.
• Coordinate regular management reporting across Product, Engineering, QA, Delivery, Data, Cloud, Security, IT, and other Technology functions.
• Maintain consolidated visibility of major initiatives, risks, blockers, dependencies, resource needs, hiring, and key management actions.
• Ensure product governance across Jira, Confluence, KPIs, templates, and documentation standards is consistently followed.
• Coordinate onboarding for new Technology employees, including plans, stakeholder introductions, documentation, access follow‑ups, and 30/60/90‑day plans.
• Support administration of probation reviews, performance‑review cycles, KPI cycles, and promotion processes.

Required profile

• Experience in Technology Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, PMO, Delivery Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple technical and business functions.
• Experience with governance, management reporting, KPI tracking, workforce coordination, or operational processes.
• Experience within fintech, financial services, or another regulated technology environment is an advantage.
