About the role
Ratarious Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of the largest hypermarkets in Paralimni, Cyprus. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a management position within the food retail sector.
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to train, evaluate and develop employees.
- Strong customer‑focused approach and high level of professionalism, responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment.
What we offer
- Six‑day working week (46 hours per week).
- 25 days paid annual leave.
- 13th month salary.
- 10 % discount on personal purchases from the supermarket.
- Gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,950, depending on qualifications and experience.
