Store Manager – Hypermarket (Paralimni)

About the role

Ratarious Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of the largest hypermarkets in Paralimni, Cyprus. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a management position within the food retail sector.
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to train, evaluate and develop employees.
• Strong customer‑focused approach and high level of professionalism, responsibility and integrity.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment.
