Country Manager – Wolt Market

About the role

Wolt Market is expanding its grocery‑delivery network across Cyprus and needs a senior leader to own the local business. As Country Manager you will be responsible for the full P&L, driving growth, profitability and operational excellence while building a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country P&L, including revenue growth, margin development and cost control.
• Define and execute the commercial strategy – assortment, pricing, promotions and supplier partnerships.
• Lead Category, Content and Commercial Finance Operations teams, ensuring capability building and performance discipline.
• Balance growth initiatives with healthy order economics and operational efficiency.
• Set KPIs, review results and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with regional Operations and Supply Chain to align capacity, availability and service levels with commercial plans.

Required profile

• Proven general‑management or market‑leadership experience with full P&L ownership.
• Extensive background in retail, grocery, e‑commerce or multi‑site operating environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience with suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic and operational focus.

What we offer

• Target monthly gross salary of €6,020 – €7,525.
• Equity grant valued between USD 52,300 and USD 65,300, vested over four years.
