Spa Supervisor – Training & Operations Lead

About the role

Reporting to the Spa Manager and collaborating with senior training leadership, the Spa Supervisor leads onboarding, training, and service excellence initiatives to uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards and deliver premium guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the “My First 90 Days” onboarding programme and ensure new joiners are ready and competent.
• Design, deliver and update training content, coordinate with external providers and suppliers, and track training records.
• Drive Forbes Travel Guide standards, ensuring consistent delivery of personalized guest experiences and treatment protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections, quality assessments and support internal audits and Forbes assessments.

Required profile

• University degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of luxury spa experience, including 1‑2 years in a senior therapist, head therapist, trainer or supervisory role.
• Experience in a Forbes Travel Guide‑rated luxury hotel or integrated resort is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of massage, facial and body treatment techniques.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, guest service standards and training methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with spa software and booking systems preferred.
