Senior Product Manager – Loan Acquisition & Growth

About the role

InDrive Money is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead acquisition, origination and growth of its driver loan product. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey from application to disbursement and work cross‑functionally to improve conversion and risk outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the loan origination process, including customer interfaces, marketing and risk engines.
• Continuously improve conversion rates through experiments and process optimisation.
• Identify new acquisition placements within the SuperApp and develop value propositions for unserved customers.
• Maintain KYC/AML logic stability and compliance.
• Design DoX‑get‑Y promotions for new segments.
• Shape long‑term acquisition strategy for new markets and audiences.
• Collaborate with risk, support, design, finance, legal, data, analytics and tech teams as well as external providers.
• Define product requirements and ensure transparent reporting to management.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Experience with lending products for individuals or SMEs.
• Proven track record of launching features that drive conversion growth.
• Experience working with marketing engines and credit‑risk teams is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1+).
