Senior Partnership Manager

About the role

As a Senior Partnership Manager at Xenith, you will expand our network of local payment providers and strengthen the coverage of our global payment gateway. You will work closely with senior leadership and the General Manager to identify priority markets and build long‑term relationships with acquirers, PSPs and alternative payment method providers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new payment provider partnerships through proactive outreach and market research.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and commercial negotiations to legal review, technical integration and go‑live.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities with disciplined CRM management, accurate forecasting and structured reporting.
• Contribute to partnership playbooks, commercial term templates, technical integration checklists and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Business Development to ensure successful provider integration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or commercial roles within payments, fintech, banking or financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating and closing B2B partnerships.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including alternative payment methods and routing.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and help shape a scaling partnerships function.
