Senior Frontend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our FinTech team in Limassol. You will design and build high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, working in a hybrid on-site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency web applications for mission-critical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, fix bugs and maintain code integrity.
• Implement security and data-protection measures.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and server-side CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
• Proficiency with React.js, Next.js and Node.js.
• Experience with Git version control and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
